Delivery of goods
Artworks may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Trev Wilmot Art.
Please ensure you inspect your artwork immediately upon receiving, and contact trevwilmote@gmail.com immediately in the unlikely event of receipt of the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue & rectify it. Returns, Exchanges and refunds
Trev Wilmot Art handles returns and processes refunds on a case by case basis. As such, firstly please contact us immediately at trevwilmot@gmail.com to initiate communication re possible return & refund. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as strict instructions on how to pack and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items sent back to us without proper packing as per instructions and subsequently damaged will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time / days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If looking to exchange your artwork within the first 48hrs of receipt please email trevwilmot@gmail.com immediately to organise return, once return is accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new artwork.
Intellectual Property
Ownership: All original artworks and designs featured on the Trev Wilmot Art website, including but not limited to paintings, sketches, illustrations, and photographs ("Artworks"), are the exclusive intellectual property of Trev Wilmot Art. The copyrights, trademarks, and any other intellectual property rights in the Artworks are owned by Trev Wilmot Art and protected under applicable Australian and international laws.
Limited Use Licence: When you purchase an Artwork from Trev Wilmot Art, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence allows you to display the Artwork in your private residence or non-commercial setting. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, or use the Artwork for any commercial purposes without the explicit written permission of Trev Wilmot Art.
